I find there's something exciting about the combination of a white garter belt and tan nylons, just like this secretary is wearing here at Office Girls. Perhaps it's because it reminds me of the stockings and garter belts I saw were worn by women back in the 1960's. In those days the stockings women generally wore were often tan, sandy or chocolate colored stockings. Black was often considered a bit too racy and I don't recall seeing black stockings worn that often.

Back then underwear was more utilitarian, not meant to be seen and the sight of a woman adjusting her suspender clasp and revealing her stocking tops would always arouse interest. It still does to this very day, though a very rare sight, unlike the times when it was fashionable for women to wear stockings and garters everyday.
